Position Highlights
Position Summary:
The Concierge is responsible for greeting patients, families and visitors arriving at the hospital, escorting the patient to the appropriate area and performing clerical duties as needed. The Concierge is responsible to checking guests in and out of the Prairie Heart Guest House. The Concierge works collaboratively with other departments to ensure that the patient’s needs are met. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Work Schedule:
Flexible schedule to cover all shifts and weekend activities.
Education/Experience:
High school graduate or equivalent required. One year experience in related field requirement. Healthcare experience preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
None Required.
