The primary responsibility of the Billing Specialist will be daily billing operations for designated areas of billing and insurance coding. Collaboration with providers and other staff members will occur to resolve coding and reimbursement issues, as well as assist with patient concerns.
Key qualifications include general knowledge of medical terminology, Medicare, Medicaid, I.H.S., and third-party billing.
