Position Highlights Position Summary: The Supervisor of Guest Services is responsible for guiding and supervising the activities of the Concierge team members ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for patients, families and visitors. The Supervisor oversees the Prairie Heart Guest House reservation process. The team works collaboratively with other departments to ensure that the patient’s needs are met. This position combines customer service excellence with hands-on assistance to ensure safe, comfortable, and efficient arrival and departure experiences for our patients, families and visitors. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm or as directed by Director of Hospitality Services. Education/Experience: High School diploma required Ability to lift, move or assist patients safely required. Previous experience in hospitality, transportation, security, or healthcare support and lift training required.
