Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Long Term Care
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Long Term Care, you will provide direct personal care and support to residents in a skilled nursing facility to maintain their highest level of independent function.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities
- Monitor vital signs
- Ensure a safe and clean environment while documenting patient care accurately
Working as Part of a Team:
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, offering compassion and emotional support to residents and their families, while adhering to established policies and safety regulations.
Key Highlights:
- May be eligible for $1,000 sign on bonus
- Rotating days/evenings/nights; every 3rd weekend and holiday; 72hrs/2wks

What You Will Do:
- Provide assistance to residents with their activities of daily living
- Perform routine duties and non-routine duties as directed by nursing staff
- Document concise and factual information on the appropriate forms
Requirements:
- Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - Licensing Board in the state of practice within 120 Days
- High School or GED Equivalent
- Less than 1 year Related experience or training
