What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacy Liaison position at Avenues Recovery?

What You'll Do
- Schedule medical appointments, transportation, labs, MAT injections etc.
- Oversee all medications, pharmacy orders and deliveries, and obtain prescription authorizations
- Maintain complete documentation of all appointments, labs, and medical records in EMR
- Collaborate with extended treatment team as necessary, escalating any concerns
- Ensure all services are provided in an efficient and timely manner
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma/ GED or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Time management, collaborative, and multitasking skills
- Understanding of substance use and its bio-psychosocial consequences
