Now hiring Group Facilitators for First Shift (8:00 AM-4:30 PM), five days per week, including every other weekend!
What You'll Do
- Facilitate psychoeducational, process, and therapeutic groups that support clients throughout their recovery journey
- Help clients develop healthy coping skills, positive behaviors, and recovery tools
- Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and the multidisciplinary treatment team to monitor client progress
- Communicate significant client concerns promptly to the Clinical Director or appropriate clinical leadership
- Complete accurate and timely documentation for all group sessions and client interactions
- Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
What We're Looking For
- Current Indiana clinical license or addiction counseling credential (CADAC I-V, LAC, LCAC, LMHC, or LMFT)
- One year of experience in substance use or behavioral health treatment preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and observational skills
- Strong clinical judgment and professionalism
- Compassionate, ethical, and dependable, with a genuine passion for helping others
- If in recovery, a minimum of one year of sustained sobriety is required
