Now Hiring: Corporate Trainer (Platform Execution Director)
The Corporate Trainer will lead the development and execution of training initiatives across our multi-site network, ensuring consistency in onboarding, performance standards, and operational excellence across all locations.
Position Overview:
Location: Corporate office based in Lakewood, NJ
Travel: Occasional travel to facilities preferred
Hours: Full-time, standard business hours with flexibility for emergencies
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Facilitate onboarding and training for all management-level roles
- Track and document staff trainings within a centralized system
- Support consistent, reliable, and effective training practices across all locations
- Evaluate performance and identify retraining needs through audits, incident debriefs, and collaboration with Operations Directors
- Develop and maintain training resources with clear calls to action and measurable performance improvement strategies
Qualifications:
Education: Master's degree preferred, not required
Experience: Experience in training, writing, and public speaking; healthcare and substance use experience preferred
Skills: Strong writing, training facilitation, organization, and technical proficiency
Certifications: Not required
