Now Hiring a Clinical Director for our Detox and Residential treatment facility, in Lake Ariel, PA!

What You'll Do

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility to ensure smooth daily function
• Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap
• Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development
• Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery - oriented atmosphere
• Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree (or higher) in related field preferred
• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred; 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients
• Current licensure necessary to practice as Clinical Director in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

Avenues Recovery Center at Lake Ariel is a 60 - bed residential facility offering drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services. Nestled on 5.19 acres of the beautiful Poconos mountains, this homey yet modern establishment provides the ideal setting for clients to cleanse themselves of all harmful substances and embark on their journey to sustained recovery. With round-the-clock supervision and care, our clients' every need is met with dignity and compassion before it arises. Our dedicated staff include skilled primary therapists and clinicians, nurse practitioners, addictions counselors and behavioral health technicians - all of whom help to create a warm, accepting, and non-judgmental atmosphere which fosters openness and healing.
