Now hiring a Chart Auditor for our inpatient detox and residential program in Aurora, CO!
What You'll Do
- Ensure quality, comprehensive and timely client documentation through consistent chart oversight
- Conduct weekly billable audits for every client, submitting weekly report to leadership
- Complete any administrative duties related to position (charting, scheduling, daily workflow etc.)
- Conduct quality audits so charts reflect full scope of client needs, assessment, and intervention
- Ensure clinical data is captured in patient charts
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Valid CPR certification preferred
- If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Punctuality and careful attention to detail
- Team player with ability to collaborate well
