What You'll Do
Avenues Extended Care is an intensive outpatient facility offering outpatient clinical drug and alcohol rehabilitation services. With a robust yet flexible schedule of individual and group therapies and holistic arts, Avenues Extended Care is the ideal solution for those who have completed inpatient treatment yet want continued support as they transition back into real life. The skilled and compassionate staff here provide quality clinical services and medication-assisted treatment, and continuous support as clients ease back to daily living. Our fresh, beautiful facility offers ample space, as well as amenities like a fully stocked client lounge, client kitchen, and outdoor recreational areas. Avenues Extended Care provides a safe, supportive space for clients to strengthen their sober skills and bring their successes into real life.

What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.)
- Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment
- Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff
- Record and escalate any critical communication/ incidents in a timely manner
- Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.)
- Monitor transportation schedule, safely transporting clients for admit, discharge and appointments as necessary
- High School diploma or GED required
- Valid Driver's license and CPR certification preferred
- If in recovery, a minimum one - year period of sustained sobriety required
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
- Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality
- Dignified character that models recovery principles
- Minimum 1-year experience in treatment industry preferred
- Extensive knowledge of all motor vehicle laws
