- 48 Months of experience in Microsoft Suite Administration.
- 48 Months of ServiceNow Operational experience: Use of Incident, Problem, Change, Catalog Requests and Project tasks
- 48 Months of experience in vulnerability management and patch compliance
- 48 Months of SharePoint Administration
- 48 Months of experience in PeopleSoft or Documentum Administration
