We are currently hiring for the Senior Business Analyst role (Job ID: HBITS-07-14786) with one of our clients in Albany, NY. As a prime vendor to New York State, we support their HBITS (Hourly-Based IT Services) requirements.
Position Details:
- Title: Senior Business Analyst
- Duration: 9 Months
- Location: Albany, NY 12210 (3 days onsite per week)
- Interview Mode: Single round, In-person
Required Skills & Experience:
- 84 months experience eliciting business requirements from business customers or system artifacts and maintaining such requirements.
- 84 months experience developing business requirements and processing documentation such as use cases, process flows, screen mock-ups, and data dictionaries.
- 84 months experience creating test plans and test cases, executing functional and system tests including regression tests. Ensure appropriate test coverage by mapping system requirements to test cases.
- 84 months of experience identifying and documenting application defects, tracking defects to resolution, and performing retesting as required.
- 48 months of experience supporting business applications in a help-desk type environment.
