Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate, highly skilled, and professional caregiver to provide dedicated support to elderly clients in their homes and care settings. The ideal candidates are patient, attentive, and well-presented, with a strong commitment to preserving dignity, independence, and quality of life for seniors. This role requires flexibility and the ability to travel to various client locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to different client homes and adapt to varying care needs
- Provide personalized care to elderly clients based on individual care plans
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor physical and emotional well-being and report any changes
- Assist with medication reminders or administration (if certified)
- Provide companionship and meaningful engagement to reduce isolation
- Support meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in elder care, home care, or a related field
- Strong understanding of age-related conditions (such as dementia, mobility limitations, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and respectful demeanor
- Valid Drivers License with reliable transportation and willingness to travel
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with patience, empathy, and discretion
- Relevant certifications (CNA, HHA, CPR/First Aid) preferred

Compensation:

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
