Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role located at a property in Chandler, AZ. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the property remains in excellent condition by addressing maintenance and repair tasks, conducting equipment preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting various property systems. The role involves working closely with tenants and other team members to ensure prompt responses to service requests and maintain a safe and functional living environment. Additional duties include maintaining compliance with safety regulations and contributing to a well-maintained, attractive property.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair to ensure the property is functional and well-maintained.
- Strong Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills to quickly diagnose and resolve issues and maintain equipment and systems in optimal condition.
- Experience with Industrial Maintenance to manage property systems effectively and maintain safety standards.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance standards in a property management or maintenance environment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- High school diploma or GED required; additional technical certifications or training in maintenance-related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in residential property maintenance or a related field preferred.
