The designer will support the Paid Social team directly, ensuring rapid creative output, brand consistency, and strategic alignment across all campaigns.

The Senior Digital Designer will lead performance-focused creative across paid social, programmatic, and UI/UX initiatives. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, fast design execution, and the ability to translate insights and competitor research into high-performing ad concepts and cohesive campaign systems. The designer will support the Paid Social team directly, ensuring rapid creative output, brand consistency, and strategic alignment across all campaigns.
Core Responsibilities
- Produce high-performing ad creatives for paid social and programmatic platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Display, etc.).
- Concept strong headlines, hooks, and messaging formats inspired by competitor insights and proven winning patterns.
- Create a high variety of ad types at speed—static, animated, responsive display, UGC-inspired assets, and more.
- Support UI/UX needs including landing pages, web layouts, and conversion-minded design enhancements.
- Collaborate tightly with paid social strategists, media buyers, and account leads to align creative with campaign goals.
- Build cohesive visual systems so that all campaign assets maintain consistent branding and direction.
- Maintain organized file structures, dimensions, naming conventions, and efficient sharing methods.
- Assist in creative planning and strategy sessions, offering POVs to shape campaign direction.
- Organize client assets and resource libraries to streamline production and reduce friction.
- Monitor creative timelines, track output needs, and ensure weekly creative volume is met to support account performance.
- Explore and implement new tools—including AI—to increase speed, efficiency, and creative output.
- Plus (not required): Apply CRO best practices to design decisions to strengthen conversion performance and testing outcomes.
- 3–6 years of digital design experience (preferably in a performance-focused or agency environment)
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects preferred).
- Strong understanding of paid social and programmatic ad formats, platform specs, and best practices.
- Ability to write compelling headlines, hooks, and short-form ad copy that aligns with performance insights.
- Working knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals and modern web layout principles.
- Experience with website builders/CMS (Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, Elementor, etc.).
- Highly organized with strong file management, version control, and export skills.
- Ability to produce high creative volume across multiple accounts with speed, accuracy, and consistency.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Interest in adopting AI tools and new design workflows to enhance productivity.

- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST
- Hybrid: in-office three days a week.
- Annual Base Salary: $70,000 - $85,000/year
