You'll work directly with the CTO to implement automation solutions – no people management, just pure problem-solving and process improvement.
What You'll Do
Process Design & Optimization
- Map current workflows (creative, marketing, PR) and identify improvement opportunities
- Design automated processes that reduce manual work and increase efficiency
- Create clear documentation and process diagrams
- Monitor performance and continuously optimize
- Build and test prompts for content generation, research, and analysis
- Configure automation tools (training provided on specific platforms)
- Codes to pull from API’s and configures integrations between tools and systems
- Writes and deploys code from Github to production
- Troubleshoot issues and maintain system reliability
- Ability to interview stakeholders and capture requirements
- Define success criteria for each automated workflow
- Track performance metrics (speed, quality, cost-effectiveness)
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Provide technical training and support to teams
Required Experience
- 1 year of experience in a marketing or sales operations or business process improvement
- B.S. Degree in Computer Science or 2 years of hands-on experience with Python and SQL for building, querying, and optimizing data-driven workflows
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar)
- Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude), LLMs, and prompt writing
- Solid understanding of APIs and data flow
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Startup or high-growth environment experience is a huge plus
- Exceptional attention to detail – you catch what others miss
- Able to take instructions and move fast
- Innovation first mindset– with no patience for the old ways of working
- Comfortable with ambiguity and learning new tools quickly
- Takes ownership and doesn't wait for perfect information
- Excited about AI tools and their potential
- Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts simply
- Base salary: $75,000 USD
