Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid or fully remote role for a Real Estate Title- Curative Lead based in Moon Township, Pa.
Responsibilities (Curative):
- managing work in progress spreadsheet and sucessfully clearing active title defects.
- Evaluating low to mid-tier risk issues autonomously and prepare documents ensuring clear title.
- Resolving complex title defects such as unreleased mortgages, break in chain of title, liens judgment and other title matters, thus significantly reducing post-closing claims.
Responsibilities (Funding Prep):
- assist Escrow Officer disbursement preparations
- assist in confirming and initiating wires
- assist with check disbursments

Qualifications
- 2 years experience in the Title Industry - Curative experience highly preferred
- Customer Service expertise to effectively address client needs and concerns
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid or remote environment (on-site and remote)
- Familiarity with title curative practices and regulations is required- Title license is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, no required
