We’re looking for a Senior RF Hardware Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
This role supports advanced test systems used to validate complex hardware from early development through production and sustainment.
In this role, you’ll contribute across the engineering lifecycle—from design and development through integration, testing, production support, and sustainment.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define and develop system solutions
- Support system design, integration, testing, and validation activities
- Work with models, simulations, prototypes, hardware, software, and test environments
- Identify technical risks and support informed engineering decisions
- Help improve system performance, reliability, affordability, and efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- Active and transferrable TS/SCI with polygraph U.S. government issued clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain special program access prior to start date
- Prior experience supporting Operations and Maintenance (O&M) ground systems engineering activities for a satellite communications system
- Experience generating, analyzing, tracking, and managing requirements
- Experience with systems engineering developing and maintaining schematics, analysis, block diagrams, system Bill of Materials (BOMs), and design review packages
- Requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations. * *
- Apply previous knowledge and experience to provide recommendations for development of new operational concepts, architecture, and to increase efficiencies within the existing system
- Experience working with vendors for the timely repair and tracking of critical operational hardware
