We’re looking for a Principle Systems Engineer - P3 - Cleared Off-Site who enjoys working on complex, high-impact systems and collaborating across engineering teams.
This role supports advanced defense and aerospace systems, focusing on mission-critical technologies used in real-world operational environments.
In this role, you’ll contribute across the full system lifecycle—from concept and design through integration, testing, and production support.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop system solutions
- Support system integration, testing, and validation activities
- Work with models, simulations, prototypes, and hardware/software systems
- Identify risks and support technical decision-making
- Help improve system performance, reliability, and efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
Required Skill Sets: o Practical experience applying Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles, including system modeling with Cameo, or equivalent tools. o Familiarity with Digital Engineering practices and tool chains to enhance design, integration, and test workflows. o Experience with high level programming languages (e.g. Python). o Demonstrated engineering technical abilities and project management experience. o Experience collaborating with internal and external customers in a team environment (Government, Military, SETA, and Contractor). o Active and transferable TS/SCI with CI Polygraph U.S. government-issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required. Desired Skill Sets: o Experience with systems installation, integration, and test activities. o Proficiency in relevant programming languages (Python, C , etc). o Experience with Request for Change (RFC) impact reviews and assessment processes. o Experience with customer NSIS requirements and rapid delivery methods. o Evidence of strong customer relationships and stakeholder engagement. o Experience working across contract and location boundaries o Proficiency with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, and collaborative engineering tools. o Ability to convey complex technical issues clearly through both oral and written communication. Years of Experience Required (if any): Minimum of 6 (P3) or 8 (P4) years of prior engineering experience. Education Level Required: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of prior engineering experience.
