Responsibilities:
- Support production line setup and process development
- Identify and implement process improvements (Lean / Six Sigma)
- Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve throughput
- Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, etc.)
- 3–7 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-volume manufacturing preferred
- Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement experience a plus
- Active Secret clearance preferred or ability to obtain
