Rotating weeks Mon-Thurs, Tue-Fri
Job Location: 2220 8th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37204
We are looking for a Full-Time Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator approximately 32-40 hours/week. The successful applicant must be a self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, caring, and compassionate individual to connect with team members, parents and patients. It’s also important that this person possess a positive attitude with professional commitment and is friendly and outgoing in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements:
- Must be computer proficient and learn new software easily
- Proactive self starter
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work during applicable business hours
- Willingness to be cross-trained in other areas (ex: scheduling, hospitality, administration, etc)
Position Outcomes Expectations
- Greet, host and onboard all new patients
- Partner with Dr. Foltz to coordinate patient treatment plans and payment plans
- Work with patients to overcome barriers hindering treatment
- Present treatment fees and start treatment contracts with patients (consent forms, direct billing for insurance and financial agreements)
- Help patients understand orthodontic insurance coverage if applicable
- Verify insurance coverage and benefits
- Address patient questions and concerns about financial contracts and treatment options
- Maintain relationships with patients that have not started treatment. This includes, but is not limited to, postcards, phone calls, text messages and emails
- Set and track monthly and yearly goals for treatment acceptance
- Review financial reports
- Be available to help and assist the rest of the team with answering phones
Qualifications and Skills
- High School diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Previous experience with customer service required
- Previous sales experience preferred, and not required but not required
