What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hostess/Host Needed position at Avenue Social Kitchen & Cocktails?
Avenue Social Kitchen & Cocktails, a modern American restaurant is seeking hostesses/hosts to join our team. Restaurant experienced preferred but also willing to train.
Responsibilities will include:
*Greeting and seating customers
* Answering phones and taking reservations using OpenTable
* Assisting manager in all front of house duties
* Taking Togo orders over the phone and processing payments when customer arrives
Ideal candidates will have the following qualities:
*Friendly and outgoing personality and demeanor
* Passionate about customer service
* The ability to work and communicate under pressure with a steady demeanor
* Always setting the example for others to follow
* Eager to learn new things and take direction well
*Experience with OpenTable reservation system
