Summary
We are seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Avenue Orthodontics. In this role, you will play a vital part in guiding patients through their orthodontic journey, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and support. Your contributions will help foster a welcoming environment that enhances patient confidence and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient treatment plans and communicate effectively with patients about their options.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing patient flow within the office.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical standards.
- Provide administrative support to the orthodontic team as needed.
- Educate patients on treatment procedures, financial options, and insurance benefits.
- Foster a positive experience for patients by addressing their concerns and answering questions.
Requirements
- Experience in a medical or dental office setting (preferred but not required).
- Direct-to-consumer consultative sales experience is a plus!
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to orthodontics (preferred but will train the right candidate)
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and staff effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in administrative support functions, including scheduling and record-keeping.
