Avenue of Smiles Dental Practice is seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our front office team. This role is for an experienced dental professional who understands dental office workflows and patient communication. This is not a receptionist position. Dental experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Communicate with patients regarding visits, treatment coordination, and next steps
- Manage front office flow and patient interactions
