As a Senior Carrier Sales Representative, you'll partner directly with our Customer Sales team to source capacity, negotiate rates, and deliver exceptional service to customers across North America. Your carrier relationships, market knowledge, and negotiation skills will play a critical role in helping our team move freight efficiently and build long-term partnerships.

What You'll Do
- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with carriers across North America.
- Source capacity and negotiate competitive rates.
- Partner closely with Customer Sales Representatives to successfully execute freight.
- Identify capacity solutions for dry van, refrigerated, flatbed, drayage, LTL, and specialized shipments.
- Utilize Avenue's proprietary CRM and transportation technology to manage carrier relationships and freight.
- Monitor market conditions and proactively identify transportation solutions for customers and carrier partners.
- Resolve service issues quickly while maintaining strong carrier relationships.
- Grow your portfolio of carrier partnerships and contribute to the continued growth of the company.
