About the opportunity:
Change Management Consultant-Onsite
Location :US - Onsite at SF or PTN
Region (to request additional regions, note in “Regions” section below): Onsite - California
6 years experience overseeing activities focused on driving culture changes by helping leaders achieve sustainable performance improvements through building greater capability for change within their workforces and teams. Conduct organizational readiness assessment, evaluate results and present summary of findings prior to recommending change plan to project team and senior leaders. Understand and advise leadership team on Organizational Development, Change or Behavioral Change Issues that may need to be addressed for a successful roll-out.
