We’re seeking a skilled and certified Dietary Manager to lead our food service team and ensure residents receive nutritious, high-quality meals in a safe and welcoming environment. If you’re passionate about food service and team leadership, we’d love to hear from you!
Job Duties:
Oversee food purchasing, production, and meal service
Supervise dietary staff and manage scheduling, training, and evaluations
Maintain compliance with dietary regulations and sanitation standards
Monitor diet orders, resident preferences, and nutritional assessments
Coordinate with nursing and activities departments
Maintain accurate records, care plans, and budget adherence
Conduct in-service education and ensure safety protocols are followed
Qualifications:
Certified Dietary Manager or actively enrolled in certification courses
Serve Safe Certified
Strong time management and communication skills
Knowledge of federal, state, and local dietary regulations
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in a physically active environment
