Hiring 8 full-time Unarmed Security Guards for a high-profile property in Peralta. This role focuses on maintaining a safe, controlled environment with strong attention to detail and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol assigned areas (foot vehicle as needed)
- Monitor site activity, including CCTV when applicable
- Identify and report suspicious activity or safety concerns
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
- De-escalate conflicts and maintain order on-site
- Enforce site rules and post orders
- Complete daily activity and incident reports
Requirements:
- Valid CA Guard Card
- SB 1626 (required)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Able to stand/walk for extended periods
Preferred:
- Prior security experience
- Law enforcement or military background
- CCTV or surveillance experience
Schedule:
- Full-time (30–40 hours per week)
- Monday–Saturday (staggered schedule)
- Day, night, and weekend shifts as needed
