As an Entry Level Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for representing our company by providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers. Entry Level Customer Service Associates will play a key role in ensuring customer needs are met, their questions are answered, and concerns are addressed with empathy and professionalism. The ideal Entry Level Customer Service Associate will possess strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, and will be someone who thrives in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities of a Entry Level Customer Service Associate:
- Actively listen to customers, identify issues, and troubleshoot concerns with patience, empathy and professionalism, ensuring all inquiries are resolved promptly, in a face to face environment
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services in order to provide effective sales support and customer service solutions to our customers
- Assist customers in analyzing available products and services, making recommendations, placing sales orders, taking customer service calls, and scheduling installations
- Collaborate with sales, human resources, and management teams to resolve all customer issues and communicate important feedback for continuous improvement
- Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM systems, following up with customers as needed to ensure a smooth transaction process
Qualifications of a Entry Level Customer Service Associate:
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales, preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think critically to resolve customer issues effectively
- Ability to empathize with customers and remain calm under pressure
- Time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment
