Production Technician | $18.00/hour Shift Differential Attendance Bonus
We are looking for Production Technicians to join the team at a local soybean production facility in Jackson, MN. As a Production Technician, you will be involved in a variety of operations and areas, supporting activities from the plant to the field. Your responsibilities will evolve throughout the agricultural season cycle, offering a diverse and engaging role. We are looking for candidates from any industry background who have a steady employment history and are eager to learn and grow. You will be joining an engaged and positive team committed to producing high-quality seed, maintaining product quality, and ensuring safe work performance.

Responsibilities:
- Plant operations activities such as receiving, pre-cleaning, conditioning, treating, packaging, palletizing, etc.
- Return and rework activities
- Warehousing activities including forklift operation, collecting samples, pooling, etc.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- A Valid Driver's License
- Experience driving a forklift
- General Knowledge of agriculture practices
