Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting automotive parts and accessories that meet their needs
- Provide technical advice on vehicle systems, automotive diagnostics, and repair procedures
- Manage inventory control and stock replenishment to ensure product availability
- Utilize POS systems for accurate cashiering, order fulfillment, and transaction processing
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, product knowledge, and personalized service
- Negotiate sales terms with customers to maximize satisfaction while achieving sales targets
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and inventory using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
- Support marketing efforts by promoting new products or services to customers
- Assist with vehicle maintenance advice and mechanical troubleshooting when necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper maintenance of the sales area
Skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English to facilitate diverse customer interactions
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts sales, accessories, and repair processes
- Experience with automotive diagnostics, vehicle systems, and mechanical troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and communication
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and automotive parts management tools
