Nothing gets past you – you see the fingerprints and the dust bunnies. You are hard-working, detail-oriented, professional, friendly, and efficient. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the community housekeeping programs to ensure that areas of the community are maintained in a safe, clean, and comfortable manner for our residents and guests. Develop schedules for the housekeeping teamCommunicate cleaning schedule changes to the residents and/or family membersConduct daily inspections of the interior of the community, immediately addressing any deficiencies ensuring the safety of the communityCoordinate cleaning of rent ready and move in ready apartmentsTrain new and existing staff in community and state required policies and proceduresResponsible for hiring and supervising the housekeeping teamQualificationsTo be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our ResidentsMinimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent3 years of housekeeping experience required1 year in a supervisory or management position in housekeeping or environmental servicesAdditional InformationIf you join Spectrum as a full-time team member, your story will include eligibility for medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and other voluntary insurance options.
