- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document residents' health conditions
- Assist with developing and implementing care plans
- Provide direct nursing care, including wound and catheter care
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
- Educate residents and families on health management
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
- Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions
- Assist with training and supervising nursing assistants
- Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation
