Shifts available:
Full-time | Part-time | PRN

What You’ll Do
Assess & Monitor
- Evaluate respiratory status, vital signs, and oxygen levels
- Monitor residents on oxygen therapy, ventilators, and other treatments
- Communicate changes promptly to the care team
Deliver High-Quality Care
- Administer respiratory treatments including nebulizers and inhaled medications
- Manage oxygen therapy and perform airway suctioning
- Assist with tracheostomy care and airway management
Manage Equipment
- Operate and monitor ventilators and respiratory devices
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure equipment safety and functionality
- Maintain equipment according to infection control standards
Educate & Support
- Teach residents and families about respiratory care and equipment
- Support residents with chronic conditions such as COPD, asthma, pneumonia, and sleep apnea
- Promote improved breathing through therapeutic techniques
Collaborate & Document
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in care planning and team meetings
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation
What You Bring
- Degree in Respiratory Therapy (Associate’s or Bachelor’s)
- Active Respiratory Therapist license
- NBRC certification (CRT or RRT)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Experience with ventilators preferred
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
