Responsibilities:
Oversee the social services department, including case management, counseling, and recreational activities
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards

Manage and supervise a team of social workers and activity professionals
Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
