We are seeking a Regional Director of Marketing to lead and support our census development and external relations efforts across our Pennsylvania portfolio.
Position Summary:
The Regional Director of Marketing will be responsible for driving admissions, developing referral relationships, and executing strategic marketing initiatives across assigned facilities. This individual will serve as a key liaison between our facilities and local healthcare networks, including hospitals, case management departments, and physician practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to achieve and maintain census goals.
Build and strengthen relationships with hospital case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and community partners.
Identify new referral opportunities and execute outreach initiatives within Chester, Scranton, and surrounding areas.
Partner closely with facility administrators and admissions teams to ensure consistent follow-up and referral management.
Support facility-level marketers and admissions staff through training, coaching, and performance oversight.
Represent facilities at community events, health fairs, and professional networking functions.
Analyze referral data and market trends to adjust strategy and maximize admissions growth.
Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or admissions — skilled nursing or post-acute care experience strongly preferred.
Established relationships within the Pennsylvania healthcare network, particularly hospital case management and post-acute referral sources.
Proven ability to develop partnerships and drive census growth.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident, professional presence.
Ability to travel regularly within the Chester and Scranton areas.
