We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Director to lead the daily operations of our Assisted Living community. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with experience in senior living who is passionate about creating a positive resident experience, supporting staff, and maintaining high standards of care and service.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Assisted Living community
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to department managers and staff
- Ensure residents receive exceptional care, service, and overall support
- Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents and their families
- Monitor resident satisfaction and address concerns promptly and professionally
- Oversee staffing, recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and employee performance
- Manage departmental budgets, expenses, and operational resources
- Monitor occupancy and support census growth and resident retention
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to support community growth
- Ensure the community maintains a safe, clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment
- Work collaboratively with nursing, dietary, activities, maintenance, housekeeping, and other departments
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure operational standards are maintained
- Prepare for and participate in regulatory inspections and surveys
- Promote a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered service
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Gerontology, or a related field.
- Previous leadership or management experience in Assisted Living, Senior Living, Long-Term Care, or Healthcare
- 2–3 years of management or executive leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of senior living operations and regulatory requirements
- Experience managing budgets, staffing, and departmental operations
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, employees, and community partners
- Must meet all licensing and qualification requirements applicable to the state
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
