Back to the role: For now, we are partnering with an ambitious AI and technology business within a corporate IT & financial services firm operating across three high-growth divisions: an established corporate brand, a rapidly scaling sister company, and an emerging start-up product poised for major market expansion across the US.

Note: this is not a conventional marketing leadership role...

This is an opportunity to build, shape, and elevate multiple brands at different stages of growth — from enterprise positioning and thought leadership through to modern growth marketing, launch strategy, demand generation, and category creation within AI and data-driven technology markets.

We are seeking a commercially minded, creatively driven Head of Marketing and a mid/senior-level marketing expert who can act as the deputy head of marketing and who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants genuine ownership, influence, and visibility.

Key Details:

• Location: Fully Remote (US)
• HQs: Los Angeles, CA, New York and Miami (& Dallas, Texas in Q3)
• Compensation: Varied depending on seniority, but ranges from $85,000-215,000 base salary 5%-200% bonus equity awarded after 1 year
• Industry: AI, Technology, Data & Digital Transformation Financial Services IT Consulting
• Structure: Corporate Brand Scale-Up Division New Venture Product
• Leadership Scope: Full marketing ownership across multi-brand ecosystem

Key Skills & Experience Desired:

• Proven experience leading marketing within AI, SaaS, technology, data, digital transformation, or innovation-led businesses
• Strong understanding of both modern and traditional marketing disciplines
• Expertise across brand strategy, demand generation, growth marketing, content, campaign management, and commercial positioning
• Experience supporting multiple business units, brands, or product lines simultaneously
• Strong digital marketing capability including paid media, social strategy, SEO, email marketing, analytics, CRM, automation, and performance optimisation
• Ability to create executive-level messaging, thought leadership, and market positioning for corporate audiences
• Experience supporting scale-up or high-growth environments where speed, adaptability, and creativity are essential
• Comfortable operating strategically while remaining hands-on when required
• Strong stakeholder management skills across leadership, commercial teams, product, and external partners
• Ability to build and mentor marketing talent, including developing the existing Marketing Assistant into a high-performing future leader
