Role :: Windows Server Engineer – Mid-level
Location: 5 days a week in Cincinnati at Client Site

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Windows administration support, including managing files/folders permissions, inheritance, patches, firewall, printer management, and vulnerabilities.
- Support Active Directory, including managing objects/groups, service accounts, and password changes, include Azure NetApps.
- Support VMware instances, including creating servers, adding volumes, managing snapshots, and providing performance tuning support.
- Configure and install software for upgrading and maintaining servers, network and limited telecommunication systems.
- Update and resolve work tickets promptly.
Key Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree.
- Must have 2-4 years of experience supporting the Windows platform.
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience supporting Active Directory structure.
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience supporting VMware instances.
- Should be able to lift up-to 50 lbs and climb a ladder of at least 6 feet.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a good attitude, commitment, and dedication to learning from the senior staff.
- Must be willing to travel to local or remote sites as needed.
- Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week.
Additional Key Qualifications:
- Any familiarity with Splunk is a big plus.
- Any familiarity with VEEAM is a plus.
- Any familiarity with Cisco switches is nice to have.

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
