Aventine Properties LLC is looking an Administrative Assistant for its Real Estate Tax Grievance Business. We are looking for a reliable and motivated full-time person for our Huntington Station office. While Tax Grievance Experience is not required, the ideal applicant must: be willing to be handle all type of job assignments from mailing/filing to assisting with case preparation. Great opportunity to learn processes and procedures. Must have a positive attitude, and be organized and thorough. Having the ability to multi-task is a plus as this position will assist in performing various activities like:

  • Answering customer calls/queries
  • Administrative Tasks and Support
  • Helping with in-house mailings and marketing
