Sales Representative – Luxury Skincare (Scottsdale)

New Season, Limited Openings

We're kicking off a new season at Lavez Scottsdale, and we're hand-selecting a small number of driven, professional salespeople to join our team across our Old Town Scottsdale and 5th Ave locations. This isn't a mass hire — we're building a tight, high-performing team for the long run.

Lavez Scottsdale has been part of Scottsdale's luxury retail scene since 2012, with two locations in the city's most desirable areas. We've built a stable, consistently growing business, and we're looking for confident, professional closers ready to build a real career in luxury skincare sales.

What You'll Do

• Confidently approach and engage clients — both walk-ins and people on the street — and invite them into the shop
• Represent our luxury skincare brand with energy, polish, and professionalism
• Deliver product demonstrations that build trust and close sales
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment

No prior skincare or retail experience required. What we can't teach is drive, ambition, and the willingness to push yourself — that part's on you.

Compensation

$20–$30/hour, base pay plus commission — your earnings scale directly with your performance.

Requirements

• Confidence and a strong, professional presence
• Comfortable approaching and engaging clients, including on the street
• Full-time availability
• Great communication skills and a positive attitude
• English required

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
