Avenir at Maple Grove formally known as Maple Grove Lodge Nursing Home , a nursing home facility in Louisiana, MO is looking for a PT CMT 6P-6A to join our team. We provide post-acute services, rehabilitation services, skilled nursing, and short/long-term care.

CMT's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare and administer medications as directed by a physician.
- Interview and record patients' medical information and measure there vital signs, weight, and height.
- Collect, prepare and log blood, tissue or other laboratory specimens.
- Perform various tasks assigned by the charge nurse including vital signs, residents’ weights, applying creams/ointments, collecting specimens, etc.
- Perform all job responsibilities in accordance with prescribed safety and infection control procedures including thorough hand washing, use of disposable gloves where indicated, and proper disposal of soiled materials.
