Job Purpose
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for supporting all functions of the Human Resources department. They provide oversite to the home office team and serves as an expert for the facility HR Generalists. The HR Manager reports to the HR Director.

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for supporting all functions of the Human Resources department. They provide oversite to the home office team and serves as an expert for the facility HR Generalists. The HR Manager reports to the HR Director.
Essential Functions Include But Not Limited To
- Provide overall leadership for the home office HR team and the facility HR Generalists.
- Assist with the development and implementation of human resource policies, programs and services.
- Assist with staffing, compensation/benefits benchmarking, employee relations, talent management, employment practices and procedures, employee communications and events and organizational development and training.
- Help develop appropriate compensation structure, staffing structure, and benefits programs to provide motivation, incentives, and rewards for effective performance.
- Ensure annual administration of performance reviews.
- Handle any employee grievances and conduct employee counseling when needed.
- Oversee onboarding process including: recruitment, conducting interviews, background checks, preparing offer letters, etc.
- Work closely with Payroll Specialist to insure they have all necessary items to run payroll.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred (experience may be substituted)

- Proven organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience building, coaching, and managing a full-cycle human resources team
- PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred
