The House Supervisor will oversee nursing staff and hospital operations during assigned shifts to ensure optimal patient care and compliance with policies. Key responsibilities include coordinating patient flow, supervising medical teams, and addressing any operational or patient care concerns. The role also involves collaborating with management to maintain high standards of care and addressing any immediate administrative or clinical needs.
- Strong Supervisory Skills for managing nursing staff and operations during assigned shifts
- Experience in Nursing Management and ability to oversee day-to-day healthcare operations effectively
- Background in Critical Care Medicine and Medicine to support high-quality patient care
- Proven expertise in Nursing and patient-focused care
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Current RN license and BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred
