Responsibilities
- Assist with daily production and packaging operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow safety and quality control procedures
- Help prepare materials and products for distribution
- Operate basic production equipment as instructed
- Work efficiently with team members to meet production goals
- Support inventory and warehouse organization when needed
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
- Previous production or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
