Role Description
We’re Hiring! We are seeking a School Director for our Twin Falls Idaho location.
The ideal candidate will have an ability to learn and maintain all core processes of the business. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide leadership, development, and guidance to staff members in all functional areas, ensuring that the school culture supports students' success at all levels.
- Assist with hiring, managing, training, coaching, developing, and motivating all school staff.
- Work directly with students to provide the best possible student experience by providing guidance on educational requirements and guiding students to the appropriate resources to help address educational and personal challenges.
- Operate the school in a manner that achieves all goals in enrollment, key metrics and student outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and all regulatory agencies, including but not limited to the Department of Education, Cosmetology State Licensing agencies, NACCAS, DOL, EEOC.
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability.
- Manage the daily functions of the business.
- Prepare annual performance review and reevaluation processes.
- Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed.
- Manage budget to align with goals of the business.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfort working with multiple groups within the business.
- Salon industry experience (preferred)
- Cosmetology teaching experience (preferred)
- Proven leadership, management, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to implement and execute established policies and procedures.
- Customer Service or Operational Management (preferred)

Pay: $50,000 - $65,000
