Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN

Schedule: Weekend days - 6a-6p or Weekend nights - 6p-6a
Location/Setting: Livingston, 77351
Age Range: Teenager
Acuity: Feeding Tube, Medication admin., tracheostomy & ventilator (training available)

Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Not currently accepting new graduate nurses. 6 months hands on experience required.
- Must have reliable transportation
