- Advise corporate executives, HR leaders, and Boards of Directors on employment risk mitigation and governance.
- Lead workforce-related due diligence for M&A deals, executive compensation structures, and equity plans.
- Guide multi-state and international enterprises through ADA, FMLA, Title VII, FLSA, and OSHA compliance.
- Draft and negotiate executive employment contracts, separation packages, and restrictive covenants.
- Oversee employment litigation and administrative proceedings before the EEOC, DOL, OSHA, and FINRA.
