Job Summary:
This is a full-time, 100% remote, direct-hire opportunity (not a contract role) with a mission-driven telehealth client offering behavioral health services across Indiana and expanding to Florida. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), you will provide comprehensive virtual mental health care—100% remotely. There is no face-to-face work required.

Key Responsibilities:
Telehealth Clinical Assessment: Conduct virtual biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health, substance use, and social support needs.
Remote Care Planning: Develop and manage individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique goals.
Virtual Therapy & Counseling: Deliver evidence-based therapy (individual, family, or group) through secure telehealth platforms.
Crisis Support: Provide immediate virtual crisis intervention, including suicide risk assessments and the creation of safety plans.
Care Coordination: Collaborate with internal healthcare providers and community resources to ensure holistic, patient-centered care.
Patient Advocacy: Empower patients to access services, navigate systems, and improve mental wellness through ongoing support and education.
Documentation: Accurately document all clinical interactions and interventions in the electronic health record (EHR).
Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, high-impact telehealth care.
Requirements:
Licensure (Required): Must have an active and unencumbered LCSW license in Indiana.
Preferred: Dual licensure in Indiana and Florida is highly preferred.
Education: Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
Experience: 1–2 years of clinical post-licensure experience preferred; telehealth and behavioral health experience a plus.
Certifications: Additional behavioral health training or certifications (e.g., DBT, Trauma-Informed Care) are preferred.
