We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives with experience supporting vehicle or car dealership operations for an exciting opportunity with a leading financial services client in Detroit.
This is a junior-level position ideal for candidates with dealership, automotive operations, fleet, or remarketing experience.
Job Responsibilities• Perform Dealer Onboarding activities within the Remarketing Department
• Process SmartAuction ID requests and maintain dealer accounts
• Review and validate document packages for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with dealers, sales teams, and internal partners
• Support account maintenance and shared mailbox monitoring
• Assist with onboarding workflows and operational projects
Customer Service experience within Automotive / Vehicle Dealership environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with MS Office and Excel
• Remarketing, Auto Finance, Fleet, or Auction operations
• Dealer onboarding or contract processing experience
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid – 2 days remote / 3 days onsite)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET
